Do I need any ID to come and collect an item?

For items being collected in-store you will need to bring with you either the card used to purchase the item so we can do a chip and pin check or a photo id(either passport or driving licence) and a utility bill with the address stated on them matching the address the card used to purchase the items is registered to. Please note no goods can be released without this information.
This is to prevent yourselves and use from and type of fraud

Can I buy the item in-store at the online price?

All prices are exclusive online prices only, you can purchase the item online and select in-store collection if you would like to buy it at the online price.

Terms and Conditions Of In-store Fitting When Products Are Purchased At Internet Prices

If a product has become faulty after a period of time and we have fitted it in-store, you will need to return the product back to us to be sent to an approved repair centre or if you require us to check the product you will be charge the standard minimum charge as displayed in-store to do this. If the fault is with the product and we are able to rectify it in-store you will be charged the standard minimum charge for our labour rate, if the fault is due to a fault with fitting you will not be charged for this service. Please note we do not work for free.
The Warranty service differs from products purchased online to products brought in-store at full retail price.

Are your Items Brand New?

All the items we sell and brand new unless they stated or in the ex demo/clearance section.

Is the item from the UK?

All our stock is UK stock and comes direct from UK manufacturers such as Kenwood, Pioneer and Alpine as we are authorised dealers.

Why does it say in stock if its not ?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ENQUIRIES :

Where do you send the items from ?

Our Items are despatched from our large warehouse in Surrey. Some items may also be despatched from our shop in Epsom, Surrey.

When will my items be despatched ?

Orders that are purchased before 3pm will be sent out the same day once payment has cleared unless a longer estimated delivery date is stated.

No one was there to accept my delivery?

If no one was available to accept delivery, a delivery note would be left to confirm attempted delivery and a contact number to re-arrange a different date.

How long does a royal mail postal deliveries take ?

Royal mail Postal deliveries can generally take between 3-5 working days, please allow up to 10 days if there is an issue.

Where is my item?

You will receive an email to say your item has been despatch by APC the night before delivery, this will include a consignment number so you can track your order. We can not be held liable for a delay in delivery due to APC or Royal Mail, fell free to contact them directly to take up your concern.

INSTILLATION ENQUIRIES:

Will the item fit my car ?

Please give us a call on 01372740900 or email us at info@carsoundsandsecurity.co.uk, and tell us your vehicle make, model and year and we can advise you if it will fit you car and any other accessories you may require. We can only advise you on the right equipment and recommend that you check your self as its your responsibility and if items are incorrect its your responsibility to send them back to us at your cost and we will send you replacements at our costs. On occasions vehicles are registered late which means new registrations are built on old wiring diagrams

Instillation Queries?

We can offer a very basic advice on instillation if you have purchased a item from us, but please be aware if you are not sure we recommend having it fitted professionally as any damage caused to the unit is not covered under warranty.

FAULTS AND RETURNS :

I don’t want this item/I purchased the item incorrectly?

Items no longer wanted or incorrectly purchased can be returned within 7 days in brand new condition and unused for a refund less a 15% restocking and admin fee and any applicable delivery charge.
If a item is sent by free delivery you will be charged at £9.99 .

I think my item is faulty ?

Please inform us if you think the item is faulty and we will issue a returns number, please send the item back to us so we can inspect the fault, if a fault is found it will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Any faults caused by incorrect fitting, misuse or self damage will not be covered under manufacture warranty. If no fault is found the item will be sent back to you and you will be charged for the return carriage.
