Product Guarantees:
All products supplied are covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise. This excludes any faults caused by incorrect fitting, misuse or self damage. If no fault is found you will be liable for costs of the return carriage.
Faulty Goods:
Faulty items will be repaired by a approved repair agent. If the items has a manufacturers fault please return to us with your original receipt and your contact details. The warranty excludes any faults caused by incorrect fitting, misuse or self damage. A credit card receipt or bank statement cannot be used as proof of purchase. You must send the item back to us stating the exact fault which you are liable for the cost of carriage to us, we will pay for the item to be sent back to you if a fault is found by our engineers, if no fault is found you are liable for the cost of carriage back to you.
It is very important you make sure there is a fault with the item rather then a instillation fault or a car related problem to save you having to pay costs for carriage.
Items cover a 12 months warranty except sub-woofer boxes, wiring looms and kits, remote control and batteries, fascia panels, fascia cases, speaker collars and software discs. Sub-woofers are not covered for any voice coil damage due to miss use, or overheating. Fascia panels are not covered due to man handling so please be very careful.
Returned Goods:
If you do not like or are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund less any carriage fee and a 15% restocking fee, or an exchange as long as it is in brand new and in an unused condition. When a item is purchased as a free delivery item cost of carriage is priced at £9.99.You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns or cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned. Please beware most units now have a hard drive which stores hours of use. Special Order item can not be returned. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a brand new, unused saleable condition in their original box and new packaging including all instructions,wiring,radio cage, and other included items, undamaged and unused. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than resalable, will not be refunded and will be held until you arrange your own carriage to collect the item. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be cancelled. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Our delivery charges depend on the location being sent to. Mainland UK shipping is free of charge. Delivery charges are shown when you Checkout to complete your order. Shipping to the Scottish Islands, Scottish Borders, Mainland Scotland, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland incur an additional delivery charge.

Standard Delivery:
Mainland UK deliveries are sent via APC courier delivery service which is normally next working day between the hours of 9-6pm. Two attempts will be made by the courier to delivery the parcel. If unsuccessful the item will be returned to us and redelivery charge will be incurred of £9.99. Items under the value of £40.00 which include Fascia panels, wiring looms, accessories, etc will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and require a signature upon delivery. In our experience, 95%+ of orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of despatch. Delivery to some areas may however take longer, especially to northern Scotland and rural areas. We are unable to accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of delayed standard deliveries.
Delivery Addresses:
For security reasons, we currently only deliver to the cardholders home address, as held on record by the card issuer.
Delivery Status Information:
Once your order is despatched, if it has been sent by courier and is being delivered to a UK mainland address , you can contact us and we will send you a parcel number which you can then use to track the delivery.
Delayed Delivery:
No liability will be accepted for incidental or consequential losses suffered as a result of delays in delivery.
