Can you install the product for me?
At Car Sounds and Security Ltd we Can, We can also provide you with a professional installation service at a very reasonable and competitive rate. The product will be installed in your vehicle at our installation centre based in Epsom, Surrey or we can offer a mobile fitting service to your work or home (T&C Apply). GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Is the item brand new?
All the goods we sell are BRAND NEW unless sold in the ex demo section or listed ex demo.
Is the item from the UK?
All the goods we sell are UK stock and not imported. We only buy from Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine and other manufacturers direct. We don’t deal with any third party company’s. All goods come with a 12 months UK manufacture warranty. Other companies source from other countrys to buy stuff cheaper, as a customer you wont know this, but if a fault ever occurs you will not be able to get it repaired under warranty by the UK manufacture and will have to go back to the country or origin
Will the item fit my car?
We will need to know details of your vehicle including the make , model and year or manufacture and the model number of the original stereo currently installed. Please also state what item you want to install and what are your requirements so we can advise you of all the necessary accessories you will require and also any other suggestions for items that meets your requirements. SHIPPING AND POSTAGE INFORMATION:
Due to security reasons to protect Car Sounds And Security LTD and the customer, we currently deliver only to the cardholder's home address, as held on record by the card issuer alternatively the PayPal confirmed address. Is special circumstances we can also deliver to your work address but we will require other documentation.
Non UK Shipments?
It is your sole responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the products you order are allowed in your country and to pay for any duties or taxes if required. We are not liable for any additional duties or taxes.
Where do you post from?
All goods are sourced and dispatched from the UK from either our shop in Epsom, Surrey of our Warehouse facility in London.
All goods sent by recorded delivery are tracked. Goods sent by Parcelforce / DPD are also tracked. Please contact us directly for your tracking number if you have not recieved it by email.

All goods purchased before 4pm will be dispatched the same day once cleared funds have been received by our bank. Goods are dispatched on business working days only and will be delivered on business days. Goods are not dispatched on weekends or public bank holidays. We can arrange for a Saturday delivery at a special request.
I wasn`t home where is my parcel?
Generally either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce will leave notification of attempted delivery. If you do not receive any delivery attempt notes please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking details.
Royal Mail Recorded deliveries?
Goods dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery can take up to 5 working days to arrive. In most cases goods should arrive within 3 days. If goods have not arrived within 10 working days please contact us at email@example.com.
I ordered today, when can I expect delivery?
Your order will generally be dispatched on the day of purchase if the order is completed before 4pm, for a next day delivery, The courier will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery.
RETURNS AND FAULTS INFORMATION:
What is the returns policy?
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for a refund less any applicable delivery charges. If a free delivery method has been used you will be charged a shipping rate of £9.99 if sent by courior and £3.50 if sent by royal mail, all items are applicable to an additional 15% restocking fee for correctly supplied goods. Special Order item can not be returned. It is your responsibility to return any items back to us at your cost, in new condition in their original box and packaging including all instructions,wiring,radio cage, and other included items, undamaged and unused. If you refuse delivery you will be charged the rate of £9.99 as it is your responsibility to return the item back to us. This will mean a charge of £19.98 to cover shipping costs to and from you. Items received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than new, will not be refunded and will be held until you arrange your own carriage to collect the item.Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
What Happens if my purchase is Faulty?
If a fault is found within 7 days please obtain an RMA number and send the item back to us and we will replace with a new item. If you then decide you do not want the item and refuse an exchange we will refund you less any delivery charge.
Items with no fault found will incur a handling and delivery charge of £35 which is payable before we return the item to you. We are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with the Products or their use or resale by you. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the Products that you have paid us for. If you then decide you do not want the item and refuse an exchange we will refund you less the delivery charge used or in the case of free delivery used, you will be charged £9.99 if sent by courior and £3.50 if sent by royal mail
If your product develops a manufacture fault within 12 months from the date of purchase you will be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee as long as the fault has not been caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Please send the item back to us, with your original receipt, order details and description of fault. We will arrange for the item to be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer.We will then send the item back to you. Please note if no fault is found with the product it will be your responsibility to cover costs to get the item sent back to you.
If a fault occurs over the 7 day period your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase please obtain an RMA number and then send the item back to us with the original receipt and all contact details including the fault. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please note that credit card receipt or statement cannot be used as proof of purchase. All goods that have developed a fault or are faulty have to be returned to us and the cost of the postage is paid by the customer. We will pay for the item to be returned back to you. Most items carry a 12 months' warranty. Exclusions include: subwoofer boxes, looms, wiring kits, remote controls, batteries, software discs, brackets, facia trims, cases, aerials, and speaker plates. Most ex-demo units carry 3 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Subwoofers are not covered for voice-coil damage due to abuse, overheating, or distortion. Speaker tinsel leads are not covered due to abuse. Damage caused to facia panels by misuse (ie. dropping) is not covered.
